AWS Architect (Software Architect III)

Innova Solutions is immediately hiring an AWS Architect.

Position type: Contract
Duration: 7 months+
Location: Maryland Heights, MO (hybrid)

As an AWS Architect:
Direct the team with solutioning & implementation of fixes, but also their AWS strategy.

Responsibilities:

• This person will be charged with taking their environment to the next level
• Someone who can guide the team through new technology, upgrades, etc. (data driven decisions, not just new tech for the sake of new tech)
• Someone will need to be a guru in EKS and also have experience with Kubernetes, Networking/Firewalls, Datadog, CloudWatch etc.
• They expect this person can be hands on when needed to help the team, not only strategy
• Candidate will be working daily with the team on implementations and solutioning
• They are working on right sizing clusters as well

Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of AWS services, features, and best practices
• Experience in architecting and implementing cloud solutions
• Experience with EKS, Kubernetes, Networking/Firewalls, Datadog, and CloudWatch

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $80/hr - 85/hr W2
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
