ATLAS Assistant Director

First Shift (United States of America)
Works directly with Director (Dr. Khurshid Guru) to develop, implement, and carry out research/education/innovation/administrative activities of the Applied Technology Laboratory for Advanced Surgery (ATLAS) program on a daily basis; assumes responsibility for strategic planning and maintenance of ATLAS products and services while supporting ATLAS program growth long term and financial viability.
Starting salary for this position is $76,326 annually which includes a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Education and Experience
1. Master's degree in Health-related, Business-related, or Education-related field of study and the equivalent of two (2) years of full-time relevant work experience; or
2. Bachelor's degree in Health-related, Business-related, or Education-related field of study and the equivalent of four (4) years of full-time relevant work experience.
Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.
The preferred candidate will have a Master's degree in Business or Healthcare Administration, at least two years of experience supervising a staff of two or more and at least one year of experience working in an academic/research setting, as opposed to clinical setting. They will also have at least two years experience in budget development and management for a business, program, or department,
at least two years of experience using Microsoft Office suite of software in a business setting to produce documents and/or output as per the software's intended usage.
