Job Summary

The Associate Implementation Strategist is a key role with FranklinCovey’s Business Outcomes Practice to ensure client success with through our sales transformation technology tools. You will be a key partner of the Client Team, which includes a Regional Practice Leader, Client Partner (key account manager), Business Outcomes Coordinator, and Delivery Consultant(s).

Essential Job Functions

You are responsible for working with clients to help them administer a subscription to FranklinCovey’s Sales and Execution Platform portal and AAP+ Platform, partnering with other client-facing support teams to provide world-class customer service.

  • Engage clients in the set-up process involving our sales enablement and execution tools.
  • Educate and train clients to build internal capability on technology tools
  • Facilitate virtual client sales demos on our Sales and Execution Platform and AAP+ Platform
  • Create and maintain updated monthly analytical reports for current platform usage rates, renewal rates and other performance related data
  • Develop and launch impact journeys to client learners, and troubleshoot along the way
  • Review progress and make any necessary changes to learning plans in Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Create tailored client success plans based on their situation and needs
  • Plan for future years of partnership and secure renewal and expansion
  • Provide advanced level technical support to internal and external client
  • Day-to-day support including incident triage, resolution, and escalation management
  • Review and update/create enhanced technical user guides and other tutorial materials (FAQs and videos)
  • Demonstrate problem solving, troubleshooting and critical thinking skills


We are looking for a motivated team player that is a self-aware learner with a problem solving creative mind and the ability to work in a fast paced environment. This role is the first line of contact for many clients; strong written and verbal communication skills, professional phone demeanor, and the ability to type 60 WPM are critical. You must have a positive customer service mindset and willingness to take responsibility and see tasks to closure. You should be familiar with common technical support problems, especially concerning internet-based programs, and be willing to expand your knowledge. A minimum of 2 years of customer service/tech support experience plus some college is required.
