Hays has partnered with an internationally recognized company with over 60 years of experience. Well established in the US, their property management division is looking for an Assistant Property Manager to help drive their Idaho portfolio.

Your new role
As the Assistant Property Manager (APM) in Boise, ID, you will be part of the growth phase and set up of an asset that is under construction. A really exciting opportunity to learn more about Commercial Property Management and real estate in general at a junior level. Joining the company at this stage of the process in a new market for them is extremely exciting for your future. I must note, this isn't a small developer, this is one of the best developers in the US!

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will preferably have a bachelor's degree; two + years of property management (in addition, if you have management experience, that's a plus!); P&L responsibility and budgetary experience; strong initiative and customer service orientation.
