RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a premier client in the San Marcos, TX area seeking a talented and experienced AR Analyst to join their team.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Reconciles invoices accurately and reviews statement problems with customers; To include pricing issues, tax refunds, government account set-up, credit memos and return confirmations
- Maintain Work Ques in Get Paid daily
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common financial reports, and legal documents
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
