A company located in Sarasota, FL that specializes in providing innovative production and committed to their customer service is looking for an AP Specialist to join their small, but growing team!
Your new role
You will be responsible for, but not limited to, processing invoices, maintaining a master spreadsheet of materials received to the warehouse, inventory management, working with vendors, and any other duties as needed.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need a high school diploma or degree in accounting or finance, good excel skills, great communication skills, construction software experience a plus, and general accounting skills.
