Basic Job Functions:
- Detailing / drafting of parts for fabrication using Autocad®
- Creating steel erection drawings
- Detailing of primary structural framing, secondary framing parts, large assemblies and fabrication reports
- Entering and editing items in Bill of Materials program
- Preparing erection drawings using Autocad®
- Checking work of other detailers for projects of any complexity shortly after completion of initial training

Minimum Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of direct Pre-engineered metal building detailing experience.
- Experience with Metal Building Software
- High School or General Equivalency Diploma.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in either Architecture or Construction Technology
- Sound knowledge of metal building construction practices
- Strong aptitude for maintaining multiple tasks and assignments
- Strong written, verbal, and graphical communication skills
