Position Overview: We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and analytical AR Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounts receivable processes, exceptional organizational skills, and a strong understanding of financial principles.

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts receivable functions, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliation.
• Process customer payments accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis of customer accounts to resolve discrepancies and outstanding balances.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Generate AR reports and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulations related to accounts receivable processes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an AR Analyst or similar role, preferably in a corporate finance environment.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $33 - $37 per hr.
