RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor in Coppell, TX. The AP Supervisor is responsible for working within a team to execute accounts payable's tasks and to drive results and quality. The client is looking for an AP candidate with analytical thinking piece.Duties:- AP Supervisor will assist with monthly closing of the accounts payable
- Assist in researching and resolving open bank reconciliation items
- Provide customer service as needed with accounts payable issues
- As an AP Supervisor, you will provide financial analysis, variance analysis, and assistance with month end close
- Monitor the AP aging reports, monitoring credits, reviewing vendor set up are done properly
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 2 years of experience utilizing MS-Excel and MS-Word
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with Oracle or Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) experience preferred
- Must have: Strong 1099 experience
