We are hiring an Accounts Payable Representative to join our dynamic Accounting Department in our Flowood, MS location. This position is onsite, Monday-Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm CST.

-Manage all incoming emails & invoice approvals

-Code invoices prior to uploading to OneDrive for processing

-Handle all vendor correspondence timely via phone or email

-Resolve any problems associated with the processing of invoices

-Maintain accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions

-End of the month reconciliation of vendor statements to ensure all invoices have been recorded

-File and keep records system up to date; end of fiscal year boxing & move to storage

-Serve as a back up to A/P Inventory

-Perform other duties as required or instructed to support the Accounting Department and Corporate HR.

-Attention to detail

-MS Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook.

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

-Ability to manage confidential information and use discretion.
