The Welcome Gate Attendant is responsible for greeting guests and ensuring Front Office is made aware of their arrival. The Welcome Gate Attendant will also answer inquiries regarding The Hotel & Marina events.
The Welcome Gate Attendant will have a pleasant and welcoming demeanor as well as sufficiently account for the security of our guests and associates
We expect our associates to provide warm, friendly service with a genuine smile and pleasant attitude. Our goal is to make each guest feel like they are a welcomed friend. We look for team players who are willing to learn and who seek opportunities to grow. Prior customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
