Your Role

We have an amazing opportunity to lead a team of Equipment Validation Engineers in our Rockville facility. You will be responsible for demand and capacity planning, scheduling work, ensuring work is completed quickly and accurately and to a high GxP standard.

With your passion for developing, coaching, and mentoring your team members, you will ensure high levels of staff engagement.

Who you are

Minimum Qualifications:

• You will have a graduate degree (or equivalent) in a relevant subject
• You will have a good knowledge of equipment validation processes, guidelines and regulatory expectations
• You will have prior experience in a GxP environment
• You will have previous experience in supervising or managing a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• You will be a problem solver with a customer service mindset
• You will champion continuous improvement activities
• You will be a skilled communicator
