Walmart+ InHome delivers fresh groceries from your local Walmart directly into your kitchen or garage fridge. Walmart+ InHome scaled nationally in July, reaching over 30 million households. This is a large & growing area for Walmart as it expands its role in helping make customers' lives simpler and saving them time & money every day.
The Customer Experience team is accountable for driving membership growth by expanding the InHome value proposition through the creation of new member benefits and offers.
We are looking for a Senior Manager I, Business Strategy, eComm; Walmart+ InHome Benefits to lead the research, development, and execution of InHome benefits.
The ideal candidate is someone who can combine a member-first mindset with a bias for action to quickly drive results for our members and for the business. This individual must have the ability to get things done by influencing key stakeholders across a wide range of teams within Walmart and with external partners.
We are looking for someone who will think big, ruthlessly prioritize to focus on the highest impact efforts, and mobilize cross-functional partners to execute against an aggressive growth roadmap. This is a high visibility role with the ability to make a significant impact on our business goals.
The preferred work location for this opportunity are New York City. We will also consider San Francisco, Bay Area and Bentonville, AR.
What you'll do
- Partner with key stakeholders to conduct customer and competitive research to identify InHome customer needs and demands
- Identify emerging technology and industry trends, build business cases, and help design vision, strategy, and product focus for InHome benefits
- Support all stages of new benefit development (from concept to validation, to production through launch); independently drive key workstreams within execution and launch phase
- Collaborate with Business Development & Partnerships team on execution of third-party partner benefits
- Own benefits pipeline process: Source new ideas, recommend opportunities to evaluate and pilot and pursue and drive resulting project kickoffs
- Analyze business metrics and member behavior to ensure new benefits are being utilized and are adding value to InHome members. Drive continuous optimization and improvement of existing benefits by identifying areas of opportunity and securing buy-in from key partner teams to further pursue.

Minimum Qualifications...Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field and 3 years' experience in strategy, business development, merchandising, data analytics, consulting, or related field OR 5 years' experience in strategy, business development, merchandising, data analytics, consulting, or related field.

The annual salary range for this position is $105,000.00 to $195,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
