Job Title: Temporary Marketing Project Manager

Slalom Marketing is looking for a project manager to join our growing team. In this role, you'll manage multiple creative and communications projects spanning across both partner and brand marketing work. You are central to keeping our project deliverables on track, our clients and stakeholders satisfied, and our team feeling connected and accomplished. You operate with a problem-solver and creator mindset and are willing to roll up your sleeves to get the work done. In addition to project work, you will have the opportunity to work on our internal processes and project intake process. This role will be temporary through December with a potential to join the team full-time next year.

What You'll Do:
  • Ensure projects have an approved scope, are delivered on time and on budget, and have met or exceeded client expectations
  • Manage team and stakeholder communication throughout the project, including scope alignment, regular status reporting, facilitating feedback, and scheduling meetings
  • Quickly and clearly raise risks and issues, offering solutions to help resolve
  • Bring organization & consistency to the project team to enable more focus on the work and less time figuring out process
  • Lead and facilitate meetings, including kick-off, stand-ups, and after-action reviews
  • Drive teamwork and build relationships, proactively resolve problems within and between project teams
What You'll Bring:
  • Experience managing high-performing teams to deliver mid-size+ projects in a marketing, creative, or communications environment
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and to organize workload across multiple projects and team members
  • Ability to influence and partner with various levels of the organization to achieve results
  • A knack for managing the details
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with project management best practices and tools, including Office 365 and Smartsheet a plus!
