Temporary Contracts Paralegal

Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Contracts Paralegal for our client a natural gas and propane pipeline transport company. This position is located in the North Dallas area and is in office.

Essential Functions

Draft and review dealer and distribution contracts amendments, terminations deed of trust, promissory notes, and ancillary documents. Assist with dealer closings as needed, drafting, reviewing, and notarizing documents, reviewing files, and or materials or answering questions. Prepare legal correspondence such as violations, and default notices, terminations, and renewals of contracts update document repository with any new amended and or changed documents and data.

Essential Requirements (experience, education and special training)

• 5 to 8 years' experience in contract management environment.
• Paralegal studies and or nationally recognized contract administration certification.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to effectively communicate with staff management customers and vendors.

Preferred Skills.

• Bachelor's degree is preferred. Prior experience in wholesale fuel distribution business.
• Transactional experience reviewing and preparing real estate documents, closing instructions, and dealing with attorneys, title companies, and lenders, and lease administration.
• Must be detail orientated self-starter and able to work with little supervision while maintaining goals.
