RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Technician in Prescott, AZ.Key Tasks:

• Installation, maintenance, and repair of silicon wafer reclaim equipment and the facilities support systems
• Keeping log books and checklists up to date
• Making sure the PM Program runs well and kept up to date
• Troubleshoot and repair production and facilities equipment
• Must follow all Safety, Health and Environmental procedures and policies
• Perform emergency response functions

REQUIREMENTS:

• AA degree in Electronics or equivalent
• Forklift certification
• Beginning computer skills
• The ability to use safe and proper judgement with minimal supervision
• Ability to understand and communicate both written and verbal instructions
• Must be willing to work overtime and off shifts
• Must have knowledge of general tool use; Pressure gauges, volt meters
• Know and adhere to the Company's Quality policy, Safety, Health and Environmental policies and Area policies and procedures
• Possesses good interpersonal skills and work well with others

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to properly lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to stand and/or sit for long periods of time
• Climb ladders (up to 25')
• Must wear safety glasses
• Must be able to wear cleanroom suit for extended periods of time
• Capacity to work in an environment with a moderate noise level
• Ability to occasionally work near moving mechanical parts, in outside wet and/or humid weather conditions, as well as being exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals
