Job Function:
* Plan, organize, and prioritize workload for yourself and the assigned team
* Quality review of Mill or paint components
* Process work orders, scrap reports, and area audits
* Support inventory rules and procedures for internal and external teams
* Train employees to enhance their performance, development, and work product
* Maintain 5S policies within a continuous improvement environment
* Report and document all injuries and near misses
* Other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
* Must have 1-year experience with inventory control methods and applications
* Previous experience leading or managing employees
* Must have intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Must have ERP experience
* Effective oral and written communication skills
* Ability to view and understand component drawings
* Willing to work in team or individual work assignments
* Must be able to lift 50 lbs. frequently and ability to stand for an extended period of time
* Bilingual a plus, ability to speak, read and write in English required.
* Forklift Operator experience is a plus!
