Salary: $115,000.00 USD Annually - $130,000.00 USD Annually
Description:
Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Supply Chain Manager in Cincinnati, OH area! The qualified candidate will be in charge of all day-to-day operations regarding Supply Chain activities. In addition, this leader will act in a cross-functional manner across all areas of the company to drive success. The position functions and qualification are listed below.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coach direct reports
• Establish day-to-day operational guidelines for maximum effectiveness and efficiency
• Resolve any issues with day-to-day Distribution Center activities
• Provide fiscal reports regarding needs of all Facility departments (capital budgeting)
• Create a timeline comparing the current financial status of the company in conjunction with those in previous years
• Build relationships with all employees and division leaders
• Adhere to all Retailer needs to uphold the company's image and credibility
• Provide all direct reports with constructive criticism and all feedback on an ongoing basis
• Train and supervise employees to increase performance potential
• Ability to perform all functions of the position with or without added assistance
• Manage all Supply Chain initiatives in order to cut costs and increase productivity
• Have an all-encompassing knowledge of the entire organization and all functions within the company
• Drive results by developing, monitoring, and reporting key performance indicators for success within all aspects of Distribution activities
• Work closely with the Regional Director and provide an in depth analysis on status of Distribution progress
• Uphold safety standards to ensure a healthy work environment

• Develop and sustain close customer relationships by making customers and their individual needs the primary focus of the organization
• Ability to adapt to a changing work environment

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 4+ years of supply chain management experience, food industry preferred
• Operational Management Skills
• Proficient Microsoft Office Experience
• Strong Communication, Leadership and Interpersonal Skills
• Thorough Background in Logistics/Transportation Field
