Interventional Urology - NeoTract is dedicated to developing innovative, minimally invasive and clinically effective devices that address unmet needs in the field of urology. As part of the Teleflex Interventional Urology business unit, NeoTract's focus is on improving the standard of care for patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) using the UroLift® System, a minimally invasive, permanent implant system that treats symptoms while preserving sexual function*1,2.   • Indicated for the treatment of symptoms of an enlarged prostate up to 100cc in men 45 years or older. As with any medical procedure, individual results may vary. Most common side effects are temporary and include pain or burning with urination, blood in the urine, pelvic pain, urgent need to urinate and/or the inability to control the urge.1 Rare side effects, including bleeding and infection, may lead to a serious outcome and may require intervention.     Position Summary

    The Sr. Program Manager partners with the Program Management Office Leadership to lead programs and lead or support multiple projects by helping develop and execute plans to achieve project goals and objectives. As an integral member of the PMO team, this key role leads multiple cross-functional project teams within a program and partners with internal leadership to define and deliver results in an efficient manner consistent with client expectations. This position requires experience leveraging program and project management principles to drive effective outcomes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

    Principal Responsibilities

    • Participate in development, creation, and improvement of PMO methodologies, tools, and templates to drive expected project execution and improve overall performance of the PMO portfolio.
    • Lead multiple concurrent programs and projects to completion with stakeholder departments including but not limited to Operations, Regulatory, Quality, Research and Development, Clinical, Sales, Marketing, Reimbursement, and IT.
    • Assemble the project team, request individual responsibilities, identify appropriate resources needed, and develop project budgets and schedules to ensure timely completion of the project.
    • Evaluates risks, vulnerabilities, and interdependencies within an individual project or within a single program
    • Evaluates risks, vulnerabilities, and interdependencies between across multiple programs
    • Initiate high-level work plans, including documenting detailed customer requirements, constraints, and assumptions with stakeholders to establish project deliverables.
    • Coordinate schedule, budget, and resourcing across multiple projects within a program or within multiple programs to optimize execution, address obstacles, mitigate risk.
    • Define, monitor, and control the project plan using appropriate tools and techniques.
    • Collaborate with the cross-functional teams to manage resources for each deliverable within projects/programs
    • Communicate status with stakeholders, and address and resolve problems.
    • Manage changes to the various project's scope, schedule, and cost using appropriate verification techniques to keep the project plan accurate and reflective of approved changes.
    • Improve team performance by building cross-functional team cohesiveness, leading and motivating to facilitate cooperation, ensuring project efficiency, and boosting team morale.
    • Ensure adherence and compliance with project and program management methodology, quality standards, and related regulations.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Education / Experience Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree Business, Engineering, or technical discipline; or equivalent experience
    • At least five years of program management experience in medical device
    • Experience and proficiency with Enterprise Project Portfolio Management solutions
    • Experience with Project Management principles, concepts, practices, standards, and related tool as applicable
    • Experience providing work direction, coaching, and guidance to project teams.

    Specialized Skills / Other Requirements

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Proficiency using Microsoft Office products
    • Strong financial acumen
    • Ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve desired results.
    • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
