WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

The Manager/Sr. Manager, Revenue Execution will be responsible for partnering with sales and account management to negotiate customer agreements and coordinate approvals for service orders and pricing. This position will establish productive relationships with Legal, Finance, Sales, Customer Success and Revenue Operations to drive deal efficiencies. This person needs to be an energized collaborator and excellent communicator with a customer-centric mindset. S/he must be a key enabler of deal formation and execution with a focus on minimizing sales cycle times. S/he will be expected to accelerate decision-making by actively facilitating reviews, managing critical issues and approvals and helping the sales, account management, finance and legal teams with deal-related activities. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside multi-functional business leaders and teams to strengthen the execution quality of a high growth, global sales strategy.

YOUR DAY TO DAY:

    • Review deal financials, pricing, terms, and business risk. Provide guidance on complex deal structures and discounts to support our overall business strategy. Elevate specialized issues to appropriate business partners for resolution/approval and use tact and business acumen to build consensus.
    • Be directly involved and lead complex deal structuring transactions with our field leaders to advise and support.
    • Ensure appropriate expertise, review and approvals are applied to the execution of all documents and sales orders. Effectively resolve and champion conflicts arising between internal operational processes and customer needs.
    • Operate as an escalation point for business partners for quote-to-cash operations and ensure compliance with published sales, legal, and business approval policies.
    • Act as the primary liaison for all cross-functional business partners involved in the order process to facilitate deal closure.
    • Ensure data hygiene in all related systems and that clean and accurate service order/contract data is entered in Salesforce. Manage dashboards and reporting as needed.
    • Partner with senior management and other teams (Legal, Finance, Pricing, and the field teams) to implement process/system changes that drive improved effectiveness, efficiency, and scale.

WHY YOU ARE THE PERFECT FIT:

    • A bachelor's degree is required
    • 4+ years of experience in a Deal Desk in a software or related technology company
    • 5+ years proven professional with a combination of experience in Sales, Operations, or Finance
    • Salesforce or similar CRM experience
    • Proven track record partnering with Sales, Finance and Legal
    • Experience reviewing general contract terms and large enterprise customer contracts along with strategic deal execution
    • Understanding of the sales process (proposals, pricing, policies, approvals, deal formation) and the ability to support the needs of a large sales organization
    • Led efforts analyzing pricing and discounting
    • Experience indicating an ability to understand and effectively communicate with multiple functional groups and interact with senior leaders
    • Strong communication, partnering, and customer service skills
    • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks, ensure accuracy and timeliness in a fast-paced and high growth environment
