About the Role

Works collaboratively with product team members to solution, lead, implement, and deliver front-end focused features to customers with quality. Deliver sustainable solutions - keeping an eye towards simplicity, reliability, manageability, scalability, extensibility, performance and re-use. Can provide technical expertise in the areas of engineering, design, testing, implementation, & delivery. Adherence to Identified standards that are appropriate to our environment. Delivers organizational goals and objectives.

What You'll Do

Works collaboratively with product team members to solution, lead, implement, and deliver front-end focused features to customers with quality. Deliver sustainable solutions - keeping an eye towards simplicity, reliability, manageability, scalability, extensibility, performance and re-use. Can provide technical expertise in the areas of engineering, design, testing, implementation, & delivery. Adherence to Identified standards that are appropriate to our environment. Delivers organizational goals and objectives.

Who You Are

Requirements: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field followed by 3 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.

Experience and/or education must include:

1. Product Solutioning- Define technical solution for microservices and web applications. Communicate these technical designs to multiple teams inside the organization. Deliver on solutions through iterative and incremental delivery methods while allowing for evolutionary design.

2. Technical leadership- Provide Technical leadership within a product team by defining team standards, and processes. Meet with other technical leaders to deliver collective product-based solutions across teams. Hold 1-on-1s with team members to aid in their personal development and improve their overall delivery. Maintain DevOps team to support owned products from design and into production.

3. Development and delivery of front-end (UI) based software solutions including testing strategies;

4. NodeJS-based technologies, containerization, cloud platforms;

5. Web security, cross-site scripting (XSS);

6. Test Driven Development (TDD); and

7. Pipeline delivery software.
