Seeking a Service Representative to join our team in our brand new MacNeal Otolaryngology (ENT) clinic located in Berwyn. Come and explore all that Loyola Medicine & MacNeal has to offer! We can't wait to meet you and hear how you might be a key contributor to this growing team.
Service Representative promotes increased utilization of Loyola's services by maintaining a customer service attitude that reflects the mission, vision and values of Loyola Medicine.

Ensures effective clerical operations for the service area and performs all job duties under the highest customer service standards to exceed customer expectations.

Conveys a professional and positive image of Loyola Medicine during interactions with patients, families, physicians and staff members and internal departments.

Essential Job Responsibilities:
Greeting patients entering the physician practice.
Answering office phones, making appointments.
Checks in patients and collects accurate patient demographics, enters data into electronic system and verifies insurance.
Assists in checking out patients and assists them with referral processing and scheduling process.
Collects co-pays and posts charges.
Charge entry and patient balance processing.

Minimum Education:
Required: Associates Degree OR equivalent training acquired via work experience or education.

Training in general administrative, business, health care or related field.

Spanish fluency preferred.
