For over 30 years, New Season Treatment Centers have been a leading national health care service provider of outpatient treatment centers that specialize in providing safe, quality and best in class care for individuals living with Opioid Use Disorder ("OUD").

Operating in over 70 treatment centers in multiple states, our team members are engaged in medication-assisted treatment, counseling, support, and care management of individuals living with OUD. We treat the whole person and, in so doing, address the underlying causes of OUD in an effort to provide a continuum of care that not only addresses treatment needs but supports the patient on their journey to recovery.

Provides management, leadership, and strategic guidance to Regional Directors and Program Directors in assigned zone in order to ensure zone growth and the overall well-being and safety of patients. Works with Regional Directors, Program Directors, and Medical Directors to ensure that high quality treatment is being provided consistently at each clinic.

Essential Functions:

  • Promote the vision, mission, and values of New Season/CMG within and to customers outside the facility.
  • Participate in developing and enforcing consistent standardized operating practices.
  • Identify field operational opportunities and inspire change and initiate ideas.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, federal, and company rules, regulations and policies.
  • Accomplish budgeted census goals set for assigned regions, and assign budgetary goals for each clinic/region
  • Monitor all controllable expense costs.
  • Provide strategic planning and direction to the Regional Directors and Program Directors
  • Provide leadership and guidance to Regional Directors to ensure that they are ensuring high quality treatment at each clinic
  • Evaluate, monitor, and adjust as necessary budgeting for Regional Director travel
  • Routinely review various data sets in order to understand the trends in each region and adjust accordingly in order to continue to provide high quality treatment and grow. Data sets include patient census, admissions and discharges, average dose data, etc.
  • Actively recruit Regional Directors as necessary to provide supervision for each clinic in the region
  • Hire, train, and retain top talent. Ensure proper onboarding and training occurs for all new Program Directors and Regional Directors.
  • Travel on immediate notice or planned trips as assigned by the CEO/COO or any member of the ELT.
  • Assist Business Development as needed in opening or relocating clinics within their zone
  • Ensure that appropriate regional supervision is provided to all Program Directors in the performance of their duties
  • Make timely recommendations to address any regulatory concerns or significant issues that occur within the clinics within their zone
  • Collaborate with General Counsel to direct lobbying and advocacy activities in the best interest of the patients
  • Work closely with the Compliance Officer and the Director of Clinical and Quality Compliance on any and all compliance programs
  • Work with the Regional Directors to maintain a positive working relationship with local, state, and federal authorities as necessary
  • Provide reports as requested and required
  • Act always in the best interest of the company; honor, support, and protect the proprietary rights of the company. Maintain confidentiality and safeguard the operations of the business.
  • Provide leadership in the expansion of existing services and the introduction of new services that will enhance the position of New Season/CMG, reduce costs, and improve clinical and service quality
  • Coordinate and complete a series of interrelated activities efficiently, methodically, and accurately in order to ensure New Season/CMG's continued growth
  • Work closely with sales & marketing staff to set strategies for promotions and expansion of the census/programs/services within the facilities
  • Responsible for fostering teamwork with co-workers, show initiative in overcoming obstacles, take actions which assist others beyond job responsibilities, and have a positive impact on co-workers, patients, and visitors.
  • Participate and prepare a quarterly business review
  • Work closely with Revenue Management to set strategies for implementation and expansion of the third party census/programs/services within the facilities
  • Monitor third party plans closely. Provides training, as needed.
  • Monitor staff labor; to ensure all facilities are properly staffed to serve the patients and stay within budgetary goals.
  • Complete and monitor monthly census action plans. Monitor weekly and provide regular updates
  • Review the patient care management system, and monitor priority patients.
  • Perform voice of the customer sessions to solicit patient feedback and advocate for their needs and ensure we are delivering exceptional patient care.
  • Hold Leadership conferences annually to educate and train the key Leaders of the organization.
  • Implement employee engagement programs and activities to improve teamwork, culture and staff morale and help with staff retention.
  • Complete culture surveys to solicit staff feedback and ensuring staff needs are being met and the proper leadership is being provided. Address areas of opportunity from your findings.
  • Partner effectively with the Training Department, to establish curriculum and content for the facilities.

Essential Qualifications:

Education/Licensure/Certification: Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred. Prefered

areas of study include Psychology, Counseling, Social Work,

Healthcare Administration, or other related healthcare field.


Required Knowledge: Knowledge of large-scale project management functions including planning and implementation of various systems. Previous budget management experience.

Experience Required: 5+ years of related experience. 5+ years in a supervisory capacity


Skill and Ability: Must be highly organized, detail-oriented and dependable. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to be self-directed and multi-task efficiently and effectively.
