Senior Manager, iGaming

We're looking for a Senior Manager, iGaming to join our iGaming team which oversees casino and DraftKings' non-sports line of business. This role will assist in the creation and management of engaging poker game content for our casino customers with a focus on the growth and expansion of our poker product. What you'll do as Senior Manager, iGaming:

  • Design policies and procedures for poker related content and write detailed descriptions of future poker products that enable the ground up creation of a world class poker platform.
  • Research poker regulations, taking into account the launch of current and future products.
  • Test game builds at all stages of development and troubleshoot applications on various devices.
  • Translate land-based casino poker rules and concepts into digital environments while ensuring the essence of casino play isn't lost in translation.
  • Assist in managing the release of our poker product into the DraftKings Casino ecosystem.
  • Track and manage progress and milestones across multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Production, and other stakeholders to break down high level projects into product specification documents.
  • Collaborate with Fraud and Responsible Gaming Departments to ensure the safe and proper use of our product.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to recommend, implement, and evaluate campaigns that drive increased poker play.
  • Assist in measuring the performance of poker and help set KPI metrics for our poker products.
  • Design, rollout, and manage weekly tournament schedules as well as major poker events.
  • Ensure the proper jackpot procedures are implemented and followed when a jackpot is won.
  • Hire, develop, and lead a team supporting a new product line in a hypergrowth environment.
  • Leverage domain expertise to recommend and implement processes and line of business improvements. You will also provide strategic planning input.
What You'll Bring:
  • 6+ years of professional experience in relevant roles within poker, casino, and/or gaming industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education and experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of casino poker, online poker, and gameplay.
  • You have a strong passion for poker and casino games.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work as independent part of a collaborative team.
  • A proven track record of completing projects on time.
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience across multiple departments.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are extremely proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Comfortable working non-traditional hours on occasion and the ability to be available when needed.
