Summary:
Assists with the overall planning, program development, financial, information systems, human resources, facilities management, and regulatory compliance and in conjunction with clinical departments, the operational performance of Roswell Park main campus clinics and the Roswell Park community-based networks; assures successful integration of the community-based network into Roswell Park in alignment with the overall strategic plan for business development.

Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience

1. Master's degree in business administration, healthcare administration or a related field and the equivalent of four (4) years of full-time healthcare experience and/or business development experience, including three (3) years in a supervisory, administrative, consultative, managerial or executive capacity; or
2. Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration or a related field and the equivalent of six (6) years of full-time healthcare experience and/or business development experience, including three (3) years in a supervisory, administrative, consultative, managerial or executive capacity.

Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.
