Senior Business Analyst - Horsham, PA - Monday-Friday

Basic Purpose

The Senior Business Analyst is a key member ofthe East Region Finance Team. This position must handle multiple assignments ina rapidly changing, fast paced environment with frequent direct interactionwith Commercial and Operational teams in the region as their business partners,and centralized corporate teams. The Senior Financial Analyst analyzes,classifies and reviews highly complex financial and business data and turns itinto actionable insights for the business partners supported. This roleconducts budgeting, forecasting, financial and operational analysis, KeyPerformance Indicator reporting. Plans and supports broad assignments andrecommends changes to analytical and budgetary methods and processes.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Financial planning and analysis in support of, among otherthings, monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts, annual budgets, and periodicfinancial, operational and commercial reviews
• Provide advisory financial consulting to the seniorbusiness leaders of organizations supported
• Support the Commercial Organization with financial modelingof new business opportunities
• Partner with Patient Services team to access theprofitability of Patient Service Centers and In Office Phlebotomists
• Support business partners on various financial mattersincluding in-depth analysis of business cases and financial modeling
• Provide ad hoc financial and operational modeling andbusiness case analyses in areas such as market and client account targeting
• Help develop metrics and benchmarks to measure keyinitiatives and support real-time business decisions
• Analyze and evaluate financial data and makerecommendations to enhance business processes and profitability
• Identify, access, analyze, classify and review highlycomplex financial and operational data to put a fact base behind analyticalframeworks

Qualifications:
BA/BS Degree in Finance or Analytical Field required,Master's degreepreferred•
2 + years' experience as an Operations, Business orFinancial Planning & Analysis Analyst.
• Demonstrated experience in the application of analyticalmethods of addressing business issues, with an emphasis on decision support
• Expert knowledge of Excel, utilizing complex modelingfunctionality
• Expert knowledge of PowerPoint and preparing presentations
• Experience working with databases and retrievinginformation from information systems
• Demonstrated time-management and multi-tasking skillscoupled with a keen ability to prioritize assignments
• Familiarity with multi-dimensional databases and financialERP systems
