Alfasigma USA is seeking a Senior Associate Brand Manager (SR ABM) who will be responsible for assisting in delivery of Deplin & Metanx sales and marketing objectives. The SR ABM will lead key marketing and advertising programs, assist in the commercialization of new product initiatives and support the brands on other marketing and promotional projects geared to consumers/patients and health care providers. In this capacity, the Sr ABM will work closely with key internal functions as well as key agency partners.

KEY FUNCTIONS:

  • Marketing Excellence – Develop best-in-class marketing plans and advertising to support various initiatives, focusing on leading consumer tactics in social, digital, content, SEO/SEM and influencer. Develop HCP personal and non-personal promotional programs and initiatives including sales aids, sell sheets, leave behinds, sample kits, and other materials.
  • Initiative Leadership – Assist in the commercialization of insight-based new product and commercial initiatives. Collaborate with R&D, Market Research, Finance, and Medical Affairs.
  • Insights – Uncover and leverage consumer and HCP insights and translate them into actionable building blocks for brand initiatives.
  • Vendor/Agency Management – Manage relationships with agencies, vendor partners, manufacturers, consultants, and other third-party groups.
  • ROI Analysis - Track brand promotion investments and collect and analyze ROI to better inform future spend.
  • Project Management/Integration – Organize people, activities, communication & resources around a common goal to achieve business objectives in a timely manner.
  • MLR - Facilitate the review and approval of marketing assets by Marketing, Medical Affairs and Legal.
  • Budget & Financial –Manages the marketing expense budget as needed.

KEY EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • 1-4 years of consumer healthcare marketing experience required.
  • Experience managing complex projects.
  • Previous experience in consumer healthcare, pharmaceuticals or dietary supplements a plus.
  • Must exhibit high capability at working collaboratively, and successful project management.
