2 Contract to Hire Scrum Master/RTE positions

Ideal candidate is someone who has acted as an RTE or held a hybrid SM/RTE role - not a dedicated RTE as this train has an RTE dedicated to them. Project Management experience is required.

These can sit 100% remote.

This team is unique, the SM will almost take on an RTE mindset and coordinate across multiple applications at once working with dedicated scrum masters for those applications. These Scrum Masters will have ~2 primary applications they're working with.

Must haves:

• 6+ years as a Scrum Master
• Experience acting as an RTE or coordination between multiple applications (there are 5-8 applications under this team)
• Scaled Agile/SAFe knowledge (hands on)
• Rally tool preferred, Jira/Confluence tool for user stories (or similar)
• Understanding of product management/product ownership

Nice to haves (stack ranked):

• CSM certification -- highly preferred
• Member facing application experience - member billing, enrollment, etc
• Healthcare communications application experience
• Knowledge of the Quadient tool (tool they're using for all digital communications)
• SAFe Agile certification (4.0 or 5.0)
