Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Support all facets of the sales cycle, including lead identification, qualification, and initial contact.
  • Manage data integrity and workflows using Salesforce
  • Enter Account, Opportunity, and Quote requests into Salesforce on behalf of the Sales VP's
  • Track progress through the selling cycle for prospective clients
  • Review (in partnership with Sales VP) RFP responses to ensure we are incorporating all we know of the prospect and competition
  • Support consolidation of pricing proposals on behalf of the Sales VP for prospective clients and consultants.
  • Ability to research, identify, recommend and track conferences and associations to support Sales VPs through regional and national efforts.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and events, and support follow-up needs for information, marketing materials or product samples to customers
  • Collaborate with Sales team to create the most effective and tailored presentation needed for the prospective client meeting
  • Assist with PowerPoint decks and other documents as needed for in finalist interviews or proposals.
  • Collaborate with the head of Sales Strategy & Operations on book of business reports and projects.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports for leadership to review
  • Coordinate meetings and travel for Sales VP
  • Provide backup for all tasks and responsibilities handled by Sales Operations
  • Gather market and competitor knowledge to consolidate identified trends and opportunities to gain competitive edge for our core services.
  • Make recommendations and help create new tools to help create efficiencies for internal processes.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2+ years progressive experience in related disciplines (e.g. sales or customer service organization, marketing, data analytics, project management)
  • Experience in a business-to-business selling environment and familiarity with health care industry a bonus.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office and expertise with Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce CRM. Knowledge of prospect and proposal applications a plus.
  • Ability to collect/aggregate data, perform analysis, identify insights, and make detailed recommendations.
  • Experience with rapid and complex changing work environment, while managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively in person, by video conference, and by telephone
  • Excellent communication skills with diverse personality styles.
  • Comfort in being a team player and assisting with the guidance of other coworkers.
  • Ability to support operational tasks and strategic objectives.
