Responsibilities include supervising of all aspects of the service Restaurant functions, in accordance with hotel standards.
Directs, implements and maintains a service and management philosophy which serves as a guide to respective staff.
Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow-through, courtesy,
cooperativeness and work with a minimum of supervision.
Ability to enforce hotel's standards, policies and procedures with Food & Beverage staff.
Ensures compliance with and completion of all daily operational procedures by the Food and Beverage
Department.
High school graduate or equivalent.
ServSafe and/or food safety training.
Ability to work flexible shifts in a 24 X 7 business environment.
Familiarity with food and beverage cost controls.
Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
Ability to provide legible communication. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating
and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to accurately compute mathematical calculations and use required measurement tools.
Ability to prepare budgets and ensure cost controls.
