Position Summary

This Regional Talent Acquisition Manager (RTAM) is a strategic thinker and relationship builder. Someone capable of managing competing priorities while delivering exceptional top talent for coveted leadership and experienced hire positions.

The successful individual will employ best practices relating to equitable hiring and processes which mitigate unconscious bias. Duties & Responsibilities
  • Advance and contribute to diversity hiring strategy for all Vaco brands.
  • Contribute to and implement best practices in structured, equitable hiring.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to obtain a comprehensive understanding of their hiring needs and long-term growth strategies.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and recruit qualified leadership and senior level talent using advanced recruitment and research techniques.
  • Develops and manages recruiting strategy and prioritization of outreach efforts for each search.
  • Conducts new search, kick-off calls and related, internal launch discussions
  • Augments Executive and/or Anchor Partner efforts via personalized communications to prospective key hires on their behalf.
  • Maintains a pulse on market changes (competitor activity, mergers, acquisitions, layoffs, closures, etc...)
  • Manages the assignment of candidate referrals for entry-level searches to Senior Recruiters and/or Talent Analysts
  • Maintains database integrity and ensures proper documentation in Greenhouse ATS.
  • Achieves performance objectives relating to weekly interviews (minimum 10), time-to-fill and fill ratio.

Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education/Experience:
  • Minimum of 7 years' relevant experience, including at least 3 years in the staffing industry.
  • Award-winning staffing industry producer highly desired.
  • Experience with diversity hiring programming.
Technical Skills:
  • Experience with Greenhouse ATS highly preferred.
  • Must be adept in using LinkedIn Recruiter, LI Projects, and advanced search functionality.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft Teams Tasks a plus.
Basic Skills:
  • Independent self-starter, proactive, independent critical thinking.
  • Able to work with a sense of urgency and meet tight deadlines; Organized, detailed, and results driven.
  • Team player willing to jump in and collaborate at a moment's notice.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills. Texts and emails only go so far - phone calls are an absolute must.

Travel:

< 20% -Occasional travel to Vaco office sites.
