The recruiter performs day to day recruiting operations through the development and execution of full life cycle recruitment plans. The recruiter interfaces with all levels of internal and external customers, community members and the general public. The recruiter must have the ability to represent and promote HPOne in a professional and positive manner.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen and conduct assessments using company applicant tracking system, policies and protocols as appropriate
  • Coordinate and work with business partners to ensure processes follow company best practices and company policies
  • Coordinate all pre-employment activities as needed to include candidate presentation, scheduling interviews, follow-up, background investigations, drug testing, extend job offer, and communicate effectively
  • Partner with search agencies as needed to increase the applicant flow
  • Coordinate, implement and participate in onsite and external job fairs
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date job and applicant flow information within applicant tracking system and various reporting systems.
  • Develop and maintain a network of industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employee's associations to maximize company exposure and build candidate pipeline
  • Partner with hiring managers and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
  • Administer appropriate company assessments
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Two+ years proven recruiting experience working in a corporate environment with a focus on high volume recruitment
  • Knowledge of state and federal laws and regulations pertaining to employment
  • Excellent grammatical and editing skills
  • Efficiency in sourcing candidates through the internet and job boards
  • Must be knowledgeable of MS Word, Excel and working knowledge of social/networking media
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills with a demonstrated ability to execute against multiple tasks, excel in a fast-paced and results-oriented work environment
  • Ability to analyze data, formulate conclusions and make/support decisions and/or recommendations
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Project a professional image both internally and externally
  • Ability to exceed management expectations
  • This position dictates the need for confidentiality, discretion and accuracy
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed (after 5:00pm and/or weekends)
  • Experience working with current technology associated with sourcing and talent identification
  • Organized with strong attention to detail
  • Good teamworking skills
  • Self-motivated and self-directed

Preferred Skills/Abilities:

  • Experience in health care and call center environment
  • BA in HR or equivalent education/work experience

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer, typically in an office cubical environment (constant noise, fluorescent overhead lighting)
