- Gather, report, and analyze information relating to quality including complaints, training, corrective actions, root cause, scrap and rework, property rejections, part queries, bellwethers, etc.
- Manage the rejection database daily to ensure entries are correct and closed out within an appropriate time.
- Manage customer deviation requests.
- Assist in performing internal process audits.
