What You Will Be Doing -Manage maintenance department
-Ensure properties are in good order - schedule maintenance and repairs
-Lease paperwork
-Property Records
-Routine reports
-Work Order Processing
-Prepare leases
-Annual budgeting
-Rent collection and billings
What You Need for this Position -3+ years of relevant property management experience
-Commercial or industrial experience
