What you'll be doing:

The Project Manager, Go To Market will support new product launches for 3 OXO Product Development Teams. This is not a traditional Project Manager role, but rather a heavily cross functional role that focuses on bringing our products to market in the most efficient way. You will be primarily responsible for supervising New Product Development (NPD) milestones, ensuring effective cross-functional communication, supporting better schedule quality, asset coordination and process refinements.

  • Track NPD in development and ensure achievements and related results needed for to launch the product successfully are completed on schedule and in line with best practices
  • Advise Manager, Category Director and VP Product Development when NPD achievement risks/issues threaten schedule or launch timelines
  • Facilitate seasonal Go to Market (GTM) planning in accordance with project timelines and launch date targets
  • Help improve quality of product launches by coordinating information and deliverables with teams contributing to launch
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment on product launch dates and ensure dates are accurately detailed and communicated
  • Demonstrate understanding of efficient launch timing considering internal and external factors like retailer reset windows and productivity seasonality
  • Ensure NPD milestone baselines are established at project onset and updated at key moments during development
  • Use NPD timeline data to help identify risks, efficiencies, and bottlenecks
  • Efficiently track and communicate status of project results and assets, presenting when action is needed to resolve issues


Skills needed to be successful in this role:
  • Very organized, possesses an eye for detail, able to think ahead and anticipate next steps
  • Self-motivated, able to optimally lead large number of projects and meet tight deadlines


Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years of prior experience in a project management, account management or business analyst role
  • Experience launching tangible product goods in a retail, consumer goods environment
  • Understanding of industrial design, product development and consumer product manufacturing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Understanding of Smartsheet or other project management software
  • Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis


New York: New York City Human Rights Law requires employers in the state of NY to disclose the following information. Salary Minimum: $ 51,663.22 ; Maximum: $100,549.53. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including but not limited to location, experience, skill level, and performance. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
