PROJECT MANAGER - REMOTE

The Select Group is looking for a talented Project Manager to join one of their top Utilities partners! This person will be supporting the Special Projects Team within Gas Distribution on a range of projects across many facets. The idea candidates will have PM skills and experience, proficiency with MS Suite, and great business analysis experience with stakeholders. This is a remote role, but preference is given to those local to the Los Angeles, CA area for occasional project meetings. If this sounds like you, please apply today!

PROJECT MANAGER REQUIREMENTS

• Project management skills and experience
• Experience implementing or improving processes
• Business analysis skills and experience working with stakeholders
• Presentation skills
• Proficiency with MS Suite
• Strong communication
• Driven; ability to hit the ground running

Bonus skills:

• Natural gas utilities experience
• Pipeline experience, basic knowledge of pipeline construction
• Understanding of field operations
• SharePoint experience

PROJECT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Help facilitate and participate in project meetings and deliver presentations to stakeholders, users, or project team as needed
• Track project deliverables, tasks, and project timelines
• Provide overall process improvement support across the project portfolio and existing operational processes
• Document workflows and processes as needed
• Gather and document information from appropriate POCs, SMEs, etc. and deliver it/train end-users
