Job DescriptionProject Engineer / Asset Management Reliability Engineer performing duties as assigned by the client to support an Aseptic Filler addition at the Carlsbad, CA site. Addition information on the job description can be under responsibilities
Responsibilities: Compliis looking for an engineering resource to support the onboarding and induction of new site equipment and systems for a new facility located in Carlsbad, CA. Our client is introducing a new Aseptic Filling ling and associated support equipment and utilities. Key activities to be performed include:
- Onboarding systems into BM-RAM • The resource will onboard and induct site equipment and systems into BM-RAM (Blue Mountain RAM). This includes setting up and creating system ID•s, populating system specific information, and setting up calibration and maintenance plans based off design and specification documents (e.g. Sensor Risk Assessment).
- Physically verify system and equipment information • The resource will be required to support verification of system information (serial numbers, tag ID•s, etc.) and ensure BM-RAM contains the appropriate information
- Support site engineering team to facilitate third-party commissioning, calibration and maintenance activities • Support coordination and overview of third-party commissioning, calibration, and maintenance activities
- Other activities as deemed necessary by the Client Site Engineering Head • There may be additional project activities that require support beyond what is listed above. The resource will be expected to support the team to complete the project objectives.
Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor•s degree in a STEM related field plus 3 years• experience providing Project Engineer or Asset Management and Reliability services in the Scope of Work detailed above.
Travel: Local candidates preferred. Travelling resources will be provided a travel stipend for the 6 month project duration.
