Your Role:

As a Project Coordinator / Production Planner for our blended chemical delivery and parts clean equipment, you are an integral part of the success of our growing Delivery Systems and Services business. In this role you will prioritize safety, quality, reliability, and efficiency. You will also support the execution of semiconductor equipment outsource manufacturing that are distributed globally by interacting with quality, operations, outsource manufacturing partners, engineering, sales, site services, and sourcing teams internally. You will coordinate projects and production schedules to enable solutions to the problems facing the advancement of the electronics industry. Responsibilities include:

  • Manage and coordinate production plans and schedules within outsource manufacturing
  • Utilize Project Management software and platforms (e.g., MS Project, Accolade, MS Excel)
  • Work within matrix organizations, network across multiple functional teams, and various levels of leadership
  • Participate in safety assessments with project team
  • Develop procedures, project and production schedules, technical writing and reports, and Gantt charts
  • Participate in site level management of change (MOC)
  • Communicate to all stakeholders
  • Change management

Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associates degree in manufacturing engineering technology, production planning, supply chain, or other discipline
  • 1-3 years of experience in a project or production planning role

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project management experience
  • Strong collaboration across functions
  • Advanced understanding of budgeting, scheduling, organizing, record-keeping, and handling information flow
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills with many different functions and disciplines within the business
  • Strong technical aptitude and analytical skills
  • Adaptable to quick change and remains constructive under pressure
  • Highly motivated and responsive to employee and customer needs
  • Continuous improvement principles
  • Detailed investigation / troubleshooting skills
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills

  • Documentation management and ability to use project management tools
