To achieve this goal, we're looking for a skilled Program Manager, Learning and Development (L&D) to help our employees advance their skills and knowledge across a broad array of topics. We need someone who is passionate about helping people learn and grow both personally and professionally, using a variety of best practices. Your main goal will be to develop SUEZ's capability to achieve its business objectives by leading the design and delivery of Learning & Development solutions, systems and processes in alignment with our global and local business plans, HR roadmap and budget.

Core Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university

* 4+ years of experience in with L&D in a mid-size or large company

Useful Skills & Abilities:

* Proven experience as an L&D Manager, Training Manager or similar

* Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods

* Experience in project management and budgeting

* Proficient in Learning Management Systems (LMS)

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen

* Professional certification (e.g. CPLP) is a plus

Some of the key functions include:

  • Create an aligned L&D strategy and document the regional learning and development plan, curriculum, annual calendar and budget based on organizational needs
  • Build and lead a high performing L&D team and network of partners to consistently design and deliver at a high professional standard
  • Project manage the design and delivery of learning and development programs (classroom, virtual, e-learning and blended) in line with the annual plan and to address agreed adhoc business requirements utilizing both in-house resources and preferred external relationships
  • Provide leadership and advice as the regional HRIS subject matter expert in the areas of performance and learning, ensuring that systems and processes are optimized
  • Develop and implement a consistent methodology for L&D reporting including evaluating the return on investment of initiatives and driving continuous improvement
  • Deploy different kinds of learning methods companywide٫ such as coaching٫ job-shadowing٫ online training etc
  • Monitor the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
  • Oversee budgets, negotiate contracts and maintain relationships with training vendors
