We are seeking a Program Director with at least 7 years credentialing and/or assessment development experience to help us fulfill our mission of helping people achieve education and workplace success.

The Program Director interfaces with clients and provides expertise in the development and implementation of defensible credentialing programs, including the conduct of practice analysis and feasibility studies, and the facilitation of item and examination development initiatives.

What you will be working on:

  • Engage in strategic consultation with clients to analyze needs and propose effective and efficient solutions
  • Participate in RFP and proposal writing processes to generate revenue
  • Apply credentialing-related knowledge to address client needs
  • Provide guidance to clients and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with industry best practice and nationally and internationally recognized standards
  • Build and foster long-term business relationships with consulting clients, creating opportunities for partnerships and ongoing consulting engagements
  • Lead and manage projects requiring multiple, complementary data collection activities in order to meet milestones and achieve objectives
  • Conduct practice analysis, feasibility, value proposition, and marketing studies for new and existing credentialing programs Coordinate item writing and assessment development activities in support of multiple-choice and performance-based assessments
  • Plan, direct, and facilitate face-to-face and virtual meetings with subject-matter experts, clients, and key stakeholder groups
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and focus panels with thought leaders in diverse industries
  • Design, plan, and coordinate large-scale surveys and perform qualitative and quantitative data analyses
  • Develop and deliver presentations to clients, management, and executive-level audiences
  • Prepare technical and executive summary reports
  • Develop, deliver, and/or publish research and presentations

  • Master's degree in psychology, education, social sciences or related area of study, or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired
  • A minimum of 7 years professional work experience that includes 2 years experience related to credentialing and/or assessment development and validation that may include client focused activities, program management and research

It's a plus if you have:
  • History of presentations at conferences and/or development of publications
  • Project management skills
  • Established record of performance running applied research projects
