The position will be responsible for implementing individual goal plans, alternate and/or back-up activities, and documenting individuals' attendance and progress in program areas. The position will also need to be physically able to lift and transfer individuals more than fifty (50) pounds. Performance is supervised by the Program Director, Assistant Program Director, and Program Coordinator.

Earn $17.25/hour with Enhance Pay option.

Requirements

Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

• High School diploma is required.

• The position involves providing direct care and program assistance to intellectual and developmentally disabled individuals in an Adult Training Facility.

• The applicant must also possess good verbal and written communication skills.

• IDD experience preferred.
