How You'll Add Value
We are seeking a Portfolio, Project, M&A Manager to join our growing and active Enterprise Applications IT Organization. As Project - M&A Manager, the candidate will be responsible to coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects (software implementation or initiatives related to Mergers and Acquisitions) are delivered on time and produce the desired results. The candidate will be the go-to person for everything involving a project's organization, resources, and timeline. Specific project manager responsibilities include developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability, resource allocation and delivering every project on time within budget and scope.
The candidate will be working closely with IT and business team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. Responsibilities include submitting project deliverables, preparing status reports, and establishing effective project communication plans as well as the proper execution of said plans.
To be a successful candidate, you will need to have proven experience in project management and the ability to lead project teams of various sizes. A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desirable.
