Our client in Greater Philadelphia is looking for a Pega Business Architect to join their team. This is a 1+ year contract with a possibility of extension.
This role is starting remote due to COVID, however after COVID you will be expected to work on-site a few times/year.
This is an opportunity to serve as part of the client engagement team to work on various projects and solving customer problems.
Position Description:
- Part of the solution delivery team responsible
- Delivering business process management solutions
- Designing and developing business applications using Pega 8+ and other Pega frameworks
- Effectively evaluate a client's need and business processes
- Translate, communicate, and document detailed requirements to map to Pega PRPC
- Document test to sign off on solution quality
- Production support issue resolution
- Analyze and revise functional documentation
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure testing efforts align with system deliveries and business processes
- Translating business requirements to technical specification for implementation/development
- fast-paced environment
- Willing to work a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays
Required Skills:
- Self-starter; quick learner
- Experience with enterprise software implementations or Software as a Service (SaaS) implementation projects
- 5+ years prior business analysis experience (Experience translating business requirements to technical specification for implementation/development)
- Certified Pega Business Architect (Pega 8 and above)
- Experience in analyzing and documenting business processes
- Client facing experience
- Mapping data files and processes
- Documenting requirements and communicating workflow through diagrams
- Experience with concepts of data modelling and system configuration
- Strong communication skills/experience working with all areas of the business
- Experience with Microsoft tools
- Google Suite of products
