Our client, a manufacturing organization, is actively seeking a contract part-time administrative coordinator to help support a variety of departments location at their West Chester headquarters! We are looking for candidates who are confident they can use their administrative skill set to get a variety of tasks done. The ability to multi-task is a must!

About You:

  • 1+ years of administrative experience in a corporate setting
  • Meticulous organizational skills with a commanding eye for details
  • A team-player who is self-motivated to get the job done
  • Effective communication skills with the proven ability to communicate clearly across different departments
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite

Day to Day

  • Provide administrative, project and coordination-based support across various business units including marketing, human resources, and accounting
  • Organize, file and scan all associated paperwork
  • Managed multiple calendars and coordinate all meetings and events
  • Update company website and database ensuring all information is up to date and accurate
  • Answering incoming calls and triage when needed
  • Run necessary reports in order to compile and present data

This is contract position operates on a M-F 9AM-3PM schedule, totaling 25 hours a week. The role pays up $20/hour depending on experience.
