Onward Search is hiring a Paid Media Specialist on a 6-month+ contract basis for a tech client. This position is fully remote and will not require you to go on-site at any point in time
We are seeking a Paid Media Specialist to join our client's marketing team. The primary responsibilities of the Paid Media Specialist are to implement, monitor, and report on paid ad campaigns across search, display, social media, and more. As needed, this person will refine processes as well as problem-solving. This is a hands-on role, where you will be working in the digital media platforms daily.
Support paid media planning, buying, and reporting for all programs and campaigns.
Monitor daily campaign performance to make recommendations and optimize ongoing campaigns.
Manage to advertise and spend to ensure efficient and effective budget allocations
Work daily in platforms including Demandbase, LinkedIn, Google, and others focusing on both paid media and retargeting campaigns.
Asset management and tagging to ensure proper attribution and tracking.
Utilize a data-driven approach to run marketing experiments to increase conversion metrics.
Explore channels, platforms, and tactics to identify untapped opportunities.
Write effective ad copy that helps Pindrop reach campaign goals
Act & serve as the paid media subject matter expert
Stay on top of industry trends, technologies, and platform advancements
Work with designers to develop effective ads
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of relevant media planning experience
Minimum of 3 years experience actively managing and implementing paid media campaigns
Strong project management, organizational, and prioritizations skills
B2B, SAAS experience
Has worked with an Account-Based Marketing team previously
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Problem-solving and analytical skills
