Position Overview:

The OT Application Manager is a member of the Terminals & Pipelines (T&P) Technology team and is responsible and accountable for the stability, performance, production, compliance, roadmap strategy and development initiatives for applications in the T&P Operational Technology (OT) portfolio.

Responsibilities:

Specific job duties or deliverables that the position requires which will also measure performance:

• Key voice to the business on the application strategy, roadmap initiatives, annual initiative planning, escalation point for the business development/project related issues
• Provide strategic direction and oversee the application architecture for the OT applications within the portfolio including in the development and management of the Incident Response Plan and ongoing vulnerability monitoring, identification, and reporting
• Develop and maintain a multi-year strategy roadmap for implementation that ensures ongoing application development and initiatives align to the business unit OT strategies and IT/OT Information Security Frameworks
• Managing the routine operation, development, updates, patches, and security of OT applications and system
• Maintain an inventory of applications supporting T&P and manage the related lifecycle of the applications
• Develop and maintain an inventory of data including user access, log management, changes, and back-ups required to detect intrusion and to aid application restoration
• Develop specifications required to ensure consistent end user and technical support for the OT applications
• Conduct risk reviews, audits, and assessments for business unit applications and implement strategies to reduce OT application risk profile and ensure OT application compliance with regulatory policies and guidelines
• Lead Project Teams and Vendors in the delivery of OT Application projects on time, within budget and according to specifications including with the OT Security mindset and in accordance with the OT Policy.
• Support incident response and business continuity activity to maintain business unit application integrity and security
• Recruit, lead, coach, develop, and plan for succession of a skilled and diverse OT Application team

Experience and Qualifications Required:

Basic Qualifications:

• Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer
• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field
• 10+ years' experience supporting applications in both an IT and OT environment including third party software, integration, networking, and databases.
• 3+ years' experience of portfolio and/or business technology management experience
• Must be able to work in a multi-discipline team environment successfully

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with applications supporting the Downstream Oil & Gas products and chemical business.
• Experience with SCADA systems (e.g. Wonderware), Terminal Management Systems (e.g. TMS7), Time-series historians (e.g. PI), and Leak Detection systems.
• Experience with OT and IT Information Security Frameworks including C2M2-ONG and ISO27000
