We are building upon our leading US sports brand to grow our Sportsbook Operations group! Join our team as a Sportsbook Operations Associate and you will play a central role in running the day-to-day operations of a rapidly scaling part of our business. What you'll do as a Sportsbook Operations Associate:

• Solve complex sportsbook operations problems with a combination of analytical skills, creativity, and sports/sports-betting expertise
  
• Ensure that site content, betting events, and betting odds are presented and merchandised as expected
  
• Run processes to support quality assurance, problem escalation, and competitor tracking
  
• Work on internal tools and reporting needs for the Operations team
  
• Work cross-functionally with various teams to improve customer experience and support analysis frameworks to measure sportsbook initiatives
  
• Work with our Content and Trading teams to ensure delivery of market-leading Sportsbook offerings
  

What you'll bring:

• Data-driven and strategic thinking with basic knowledge of the Sportsbook industry
  
• Proven ability to understand the customer and advocate for the customer's interest
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both 1:1 and group settings as well as an ability to work independently as part of a fast-growing team
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and G-Suite (G-Sheets)
  
• Prior SQL knowledge is considered a plus
  
• Due to the nature of the sporting calendar, this position will regularly include early morning, evening, and weekend shifts, which include 5 days of work with 2 days off
