SUMMARY

Coordinates and follows up on activities by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.

- Creates electronic work orders based on day-to-day unplanned GSE repairs and preventative maintenance.

- Enters data from daily mechanic worksheets into the company CMMS software and Microsoft Excel.

- Tracks asset labor time, parts, hours/miles

- Creates monthly asset cost reports.

-Assists maintenance personnel with work order inquiries, preventative maintenance scheduling, asset documentation and/or manuals.

- Provides general office/I.T. help

- Other duties as assigned

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

High School diploma or GED; and up to and including three months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees of the organization.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

COMPUTER SKILLS

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of:

  • MS Outlook Communication Management software
  • MS Excel Spreadsheet software
  • MS WordWordProcessing software
  • MS Access Database Management software


  • MS ProjectProjectManagement software
  • Internet Usage and PC and/or MAC and Windows Usage experience


CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES and REGISTRATIONS

- Valid State Driver’s License

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES

- Data entry skills

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

- May occasionally be asked to run local errands.

- Security Clearance, (for airport security purposes) pass a 10-year background screening.
