What You'll Do

As a Lead for MarTech, you are primarily responsible for the practice operations, alliance management, and successful delivery of Slalom's MarTech technology solutions with a focus on our clients in the Detroit region. Responsibilities include:

• Establishing, growing, and maintaining relationships with Slalom and MarTech teams within the region.
• Leading the delivery of cross-functional engagements to ensure client and consultant satisfaction consistent with Slalom's Delivery Excellence framework.
• Overseeing the development of POCs and custom demos for complex sales pursuit in concert with Go-to-Market (GTM) teams.
• Collaborating with our clients to develop their Connected Planning roadmaps.
• Driving alignment across various stakeholders to gain consensus, highlight results, and manage risk.
• Contributing to the architectural design and development of solutions when required.

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years' experience implementing one of these specific MarTech Solutions areas for our primary partners (Adobe, Sitecore, Acquia, etc) Experience Management and CMS, Marketing Automation and Journey Orchestration, or Analytics and Customer Data solutions
• 5+ years of consulting experience, including people management and pre-sales support
• Extensive Subject Matter Expert (SME) experience with CMS or Marketing Automation Solution technologies
• Demonstrated knowledge of a formal system implementation methodology - requirements gathering, design, build/test and deploy (Agile methodology preferable)
• Superb written and oral communication skills
• Penchant for service excellence and a collaborative style
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Results-oriented, motivated, self-starter
• Coaching mentality
• Collegial, open, and grounded in integrity
• Desire to work with a truly dynamic and exciting team, with a "roll-up your sleeves" approach
