Flex all of your strategic and creative marketing muscle in this role, which will find you working with a highly skilled team to market a wide variety of programs and services to a wide variety of community audiences. This full-time position reports to the Executive Director of Marketing and Communications and provides professional support and oversight in all aspects of marketing to attract prospective students and meet other organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns as they relate to the institution's overall mission and strategic direction. Create data-driven integrated marketing communications plans at all levels of the institution with a special focus on new credit enrollment. Assist the executive director and other key stakeholders from across the institution with development of integrated marketing communications strategies.

Mentor and supervise the work of five Marketing and Communications Coordinators in the department.

Monitor and maintain departmental processes and recommend strategies that cost effectively improve communications, service, productivity, and efficiency.

Provide oversight of the Waubonsee brand across all paid, owned and earned channels to ensure consistent delivery of Waubonsee's brand pillars and institutional brand positioning. This includes providing campaign and overall brand direction to the Communications and Digital Marketing Managers and other key stakeholders across the college.

Assist in the management of the Marketing and Communications budget, with a special emphasis on offline paid media efforts and print pieces.

Serve as the department's CRM and marketing automation expert, working with the Admissions team to manage and improve the system. Use it to build and deliver communications that increase conversion rates throughout the enrollment funnel. Report on results.

Monitor all phases of production for institutional publications to ensure the consistent execution of the Waubonsee brand. Publications may include, but are not limited to, schedules, student handbooks, catalogs, brochures, flyers, and newsletters.

Utilize all appropriate data sources to manage and measure progress on tasks, projects, and goals. Utilize appropriate distribution systems as needed. Maintain appropriate archives and records as needed.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field required.

Minimum of five years' professional work experience required.

Two years' leadership or project management experience required.

Knowledge of graphic design, publications production, and word processing required. Knowledge of spreadsheet and/or database software preferred.

Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation highly preferred.

Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of college staff in an efficient, responsible and confidential manner required.

Must show portfolio of integrated marketing communications planning and execution at interview.
